Irene's Imagery and Crafts
The place was packed as usual so we opted to eat at the bar. Our waitress acted as if we were her only customers, which we were not, and doted on us. My date and I split the new tortellini alfredo and chicken dish, you will not be disappointed. It was bursting with flavor, the pasta cooked perfectly and the chicken was moist and tender. My only complaint is the we should have each ordered our own because I definitely wanted more. That being said, we ordered the limited time layered chocolate lasagna dessert and I was so glad I saved room. It is heaven in layers. Light, moist, brimming with flavor. I wish it was a normal menu item. Olive Garden rarely misses, the food is almost always great, wait staff can be hit or kiss but during this visit they were five stars and beyond.

I hope someone from corp or the GM reads these reviews. We stopped in tonight for dinner and was helped by Taylor K. I've been in this location several times and although everyone is nice. Taylor was the first to make us feel like she genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our visit. She was friendly, patient, and made sure our order (that had a few exceptions) was just right. I loved the fact that without being over the top Taylor was able to stand out as an exceptional server which made our dinner even better.

Quick lunch service and great server. However, when we walked, the chef and a hostess were having an arguement and didn't seem to care that we were there. The other hostess had a hard time getting to us because they were blocking the way and not moving. Then when we left, there were 2 hostesses at the front and neither one said thank you or even looked at us. Poor customer service because of that but like I said, the server was great!
